End of the Road: 1993
July 4, about 2 am and still daylight, at the finish of the
Midnight Sun Marathon in Tromsø, Norway – my
eleventh and last marathon. I got round in just under four
hours, although I did stop to take tourist photos on the way.
And, although the sky had clouded over by the end, I did see
the Sun at midnight.
